Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all hotel operations during the weekend shift, ensuring all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance) run efficiently.
  • Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and resolve complex guest complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
