Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed during every shift.
- Perform laundry services and manage stock levels of linens and amenities efficiently.
- Assist in special events and check-in/check-out procedures as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or cleaning industry is a plus.
