Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Manage guest check-outs efficiently, processing payments and ensuring all paperwork is accurate.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
