Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Handle guest complaints and issues professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to uphold our high standards of aesthetics.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Assist in the coordination of hotel events and concierge services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, OpenTable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
