Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and key card distribution using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Operations Support: Assist with lobby maintenance, concierge duties, and answering multi-line telephones.
- Security: Monitor building security systems and ensure the safety and privacy of all guests.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready according to standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
