Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop all common areas, hallways, and lobbies to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Remove trash and replace trash bags in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items and report them immediately to the maintenance or management team.
- Follow all hotel policies and standard operating procedures regarding cleaning and guest interaction.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and used efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required; full training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods (up to 8 hours) with bending, lifting, and stretching.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to strict quality control standards.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work orders or checking schedules.
