Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and a smile.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Provide local recommendations and assist with restaurant and transportation reservations.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and assist with concierge duties as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure 100% guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
