Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and positive check-in process.
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere at all times.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Process payments and verify folios accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, mail sorting, and answering multi-line phones.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred but not always required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
