Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Process reservations and maintain accurate room status
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Execute billing procedures and cash handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and local area
