Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest registrations, payments, and departures efficiently using our property management system.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Problem Solving: Assist guests with requests, directions, and any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform daily cash reconciliation and data entry as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience necessary; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are required.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
