Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly to address inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process nightly audits accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and hotel PMS software.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
