Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring accuracy and a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing the switchboard.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Process payments and accurately handle cash, credit cards, and various digital transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
