Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage room reservations and inventory using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
