Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our state-of-the-art property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or person with a friendly tone.
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and provide information about local Miami attractions and dining.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately and securely.
- Assist with booking reservations and managing the hotel lobby flow during peak hours.
- Resolve guest inquiries or complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to work in Florida.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the Miami Beach location.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and maintain professionalism.
