Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying identity and processing payments.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages and reservations when necessary.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and faxes with discretion and efficiency.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with a luxury brand standard.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
