Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations and handle billing discrepancies

- Maintain accurate records in property management systems

Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
