Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Handle reservation modifications, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Respond to guest requests via phone, email, and in-person with 24/7 availability
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Maintain accurate logs for incident reports, lost items, and guest feedback
- Execute emergency response protocols and ensure guest safety compliance
- Process night audit reports and reconcile daily transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Valid Massachusetts hospitality/serving alcohol certification (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in English; multilingual skills strongly preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
