Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs with attention to detail and accuracy
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations using PMS systems
- Respond to guest concerns promptly with professional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform nightly audits and report generation
- Maintain a secure and welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, SiteMinder)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic knowledge of Cleveland attractions and transportation
- Flexibility to cover weekends/holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
