Responsibilities
- Execute check-in and check-out procedures for late-night arrivals with precision and efficiency.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Perform night audit duties, including accurate cash handling, credit card settlements, and reporting.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room issues.
- Assist guests with special requests, wake-up calls, and late room service coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk or guest services experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required.
