Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately, ensuring a warm welcome for all guests.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the night shift.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with a professional, welcoming tone, handling inquiries with poise.
- Assist guests with local recommendations for dining, transportation, and entertainment.
- Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate cash and credit records.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Perform light lobby maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a pristine reception area.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or guest services experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
