Responsibilities
- Manage overnight check-in/check-out processes for hotel guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile nightly reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Update reservation systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Execute hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and local services
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
