Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional service
- Maintain accurate front desk operations and security protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Act as primary point of contact for emergency situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and transportation
