Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with precision and efficiency
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using our property management system
- Monitor security systems and access control for the entire facility during night hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure all documentation is completed
- Act as the primary emergency contact for guest safety incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of Oakland area attractions and services
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
