- Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest complaints with discretion and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for valet duties)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
