Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Monitor property security during overnight hours
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Prepare end-of-night reports and daily summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Tucson attractions and local services
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for property runs)
