Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes using our state-of-the-art Property Management System (PMS).
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Monitor security cameras and lobby areas to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with grace, utilizing the Service Recovery model to exceed expectations.
- Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and gift cards, while maintaining strict financial controls.
- Assist in light housekeeping duties and lobby maintenance to ensure the property remains pristine.
- Perform nightly audits and report any maintenance issues to the engineering department immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
