Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless arrival experience for late-night travelers.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during late-night hours.
- Maintain the security of the property, including key management and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure the lobby, reception area, and public spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle special requests and resolve any minor issues to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Perform nightly audit tasks and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure continuity of operations and guest care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night shifts.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts.
