Responsibilities
- Handle all guest arrivals/departures with precision and warmth during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using Opera property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using 24-hour concierge protocols
- Monitor security systems and manage access control for guest safety
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage key inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure overnight environments
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for airport runs)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions and transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
