Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk and check-in/check-out stations

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
- Execute emergency procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for valet duties)
