Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using resort management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, cancellations, and modifications with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute weekend promotional activities and upsell premium amenities
- Maintain a pristine, organized front desk and lobby area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend settings
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, OPERA Cloud)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and local services
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
