Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized concierge services including restaurant reservations, attraction bookings, and transportation arrangements
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmthResolve guest inquiries and service issues with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless operations
- Update guest preference profiles for personalized future experiences
- Conduct property tours and promote hotel amenities to guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or concierge experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Opera PMS property management system
- Deep knowledge of Cleveland attractions, dining, and events
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
