Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to satisfaction
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records using hotel management systems
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
