Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest complaints with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
