Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and optimize room allocations using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Train new team members on service standards and hotel procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience in luxury properties
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
