Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage room assignments and VIP requests with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Monitor lobby security and access control
- Prepare end-of-night reports and revenue summaries
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Chicago attractions and transportation
- Valid driver's license (for valet operations)
