Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for 50+ team members
- Analyze financial reports and optimize budget allocation across departments
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Coordinate with corporate executives on property performance and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and occupancy targets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and revenue management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- CHIA or AHLEI certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
