Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Utilize property management software (Opera/PMS)
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/front desk experience required
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Miami knowledge preferred
- Fluent English (Spanish a plus)
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for errands)
