Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns proactively with solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of property amenities, local attractions, and events
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and brand standards in all interactions
- Assist with special event coordination and VIP guest handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Nevada gaming license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera experience preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
