Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using PMS systems
- Handle reservation modifications and special requests
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate billing records and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Perform nightly audits and report generation
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong computer literacy with PMS knowledge
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (10PM-6AM)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic first aid/CPR certification
- Fluency in English; Spanish bilingualism a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
