- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures overnight
- Prepare end-of-night reports and reset front desk systems
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
