Responsibilities
- Provide 5-star guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and optimize room allocation using Opera PMS
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with swift problem-solving
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports accurately
- Execute emergency protocols and ensure guest safety overnight
- Upsell premium amenities and dining experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Certificate preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Houston attractions and services
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
