Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Prepare nightly audit reports and manage reservation systems
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for property duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas area attractions preferred
