Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and during all guest interactions
- Manage reservations and room assignments using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols throughout guest areas
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, RMS)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if required for errands)
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred
