Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain security protocols and monitor lobby activity during overnight hours
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure accurate record-keeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
