Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in room assignments and billing.
- Night Audit: Perform full night audit duties, including reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing end-of-day reports.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to guest inquiries via email or chat, and relay messages promptly.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of guests and property throughout the night.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and manage the lobby lounge.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk operations or hospitality preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
