Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (day, evening, overnight)
- Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain cleanliness and order of public areas, lobbies, and guest facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures during all shifts
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required for position)
