Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm check-ins/check-outs
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
