Responsibilities
- Seamlessly check-in/check-out guests using Opera property management system
- Manage room assignments and optimize occupancy rates during night hours
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional service, including local recommendations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate financial transactions and night audit procedures
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for operational excellence
- Execute emergency response protocols for night-time incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Austin's nightlife and attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
