Elevate the guest experience from dusk until dawn. The Grand Atlanta Hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent for our exclusive night shift roster. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in and check-out processes with speed and efficiency using the PMS.
- Answer incoming phone lines and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, balancing daily reports and bank drops.
- Maintain the security of the property by monitoring CCTV cameras and conducting regular patrols of the lobby and guest floors.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and concierge services to enhance their stay.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in the reception area to ensure a pristine and professional environment.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
