Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at check-in/check-out desks
- Assist with housekeeping operations and room preparation
- Manage resort amenities bookings and guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Process payments and operate reservation systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams
- Participate in daily training sessions and skill workshops
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
